These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of translyo.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Translyo translates documents (such as PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, EPUB, and TXT) between languages while aiming to preserve the original formatting. Translations are produced by automated systems and may contain errors; the Service is provided for convenience and is not a substitute for professional human translation where accuracy is critical.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
The Service offers a free tier with usage limits and paid plans (subscription and pay-as-you-go). Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, which acts as Merchant of Record and handles applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals.
Refunds are handled according to our Refund & Fulfillment Policy.
You retain all rights to the documents you upload and the translated outputs. You grant us a limited, temporary licence to process your files solely to provide the translation. The Translyo name, branding, and software remain our property.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Translyo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from translation errors or service interruptions. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
