Refund & Fulfillment Policy

1. Delivery / fulfillment

Translyo is a digital service. There is no physical shipment. Translated files are delivered electronically within the app immediately after processing — typically within seconds to a few minutes depending on document size. Paid plan benefits (such as higher limits) are activated immediately after a successful payment.

2. Free trial before you pay

Every user can use the free tier to test translation quality and formatting before purchasing. We strongly encourage you to try the Service on the free plan first to make sure it meets your needs.

3. Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid period.
If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend and have not meaningfully used the Service in that new period, contact us within 14 days and we will review your request for a refund.

4. Pay-as-you-go credits

Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Credits already consumed for completed translations are non-refundable, as the service has been delivered.

5. When we issue refunds

We will provide a refund if:

You were charged in error or charged twice.
A technical fault on our side prevented the Service from delivering your translation and we could not resolve it.
You are within the eligible windows described above.

6. When refunds may not apply

Dissatisfaction with automated translation quality after the output was delivered, where the free tier was available to evaluate quality beforehand.
Credits already used for completed translations.
Requests made outside the stated time windows.

7. How to request a refund

Email support@translyo.com with your account email and the payment receipt or order ID. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed by our payment provider (Merchant of Record) back to your original payment method; the time to appear depends on your bank or provider.
